Preparing for the Stocktake Count

Once you have entered all the items in a stocktake batch, you can perform a number of actions on the batch in preparation for the physical stocktake count. These actions are available under the FILE menu on the Stocktake Batch screen. They include:

• print stocktake count sheets for recording the stocktake quantities – refer to "Stocktake Batch - File - Print Stock Sheets"
• create a file to be loaded onto a PDA for counting – refer to "Stocktake Batch - File - Print Paperless"
• hold the batch to save it without printing or posting – refer to "Stocktake Batch - File - Hold".
